  • The refund can be claimed within 2 working days after receiving the order.
  • The refund claim is not entitled to 100% refund of the payment made earlier.
  • The company is entitled to return 30% of the payment amount. The refund case will only be taken into consideration when the student will furnish the result.
  • The refund will not be made in case of similarity index of more than 30% of the paper.
  • Submitting the payment receipt with the website is necessary while claiming a refund.
  • The student is responsible to share all the necessary information which may be required for the completion of an order. The customer is not entitled to claim a refund, if he/she fails due to the provision of incomplete or wrong information to the website.
  • The refund process will be initiated once our quality control team conducts a proper analysis and verifies that the fault is at the end of the website. The customer is required to co-operate completely in this regard.
